Aimery Thomas has more than 20 years of experience in delivering outcomes across research, strategy, change, process improvement, organizational design, and transformation, guiding executives and managers of public and private sector organizations in the United States, Australia, and across the Asia-Pacific region to achieve quality, efficiency, and effectiveness in operations and service delivery.
Aimery is a social futurist and a persistent evangelist for promoting evidence-based approaches to deliver innovative and successful solutions that consistently maximize organizational and public benefit.
Aimery earned a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from the University of Southern California, a Master of Arts in International Relations with Honours (MAIR) from The Australian National University, and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Political Science (Public Policy) from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. A Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB) and Prosci Certified Change Practitioner (CCP), his principal areas of practice include strategy development, organizational design, process improvement, research, evaluation, facilitation, and change management.
Leila Towry has over 20 years experience working to improve the service design, quality, and operations of nonprofit organizations in California, serving the across the areas of community development, housing, social services, education, and healthcare.
Leila has worked tirelessly to bridge gaps for communities by securing their access to health care, mental health, and disability services. Leila has also developed youth programs, enhanced local food security, developed social enterprises, contributed to the delivery of homelessness services, and assisted nonprofit community housing organizations in development of more than $300 million in real estate assets.
Leila holds a Master of Education (MEd) with emphasis on Adult Learning Theory from San Francisco State University and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Comparative Cultures from Whittier College. Leila is also a former California public school teacher. A Certified Nonprofit Professional (CNP), her principal areas of practice are nonprofit program design, board governance, community engagement, training and curriculum development, service design, evaluation, facilitation, and fundraising development.
